•Supervise normal claims, special claims and (PR) paper requests to state manufacturers and follow up the claim states& modifications till the payments are reclaimed.
•Manage the closing open job cards with the right labor time and correct items.
•Giving the approvals for the workshop to change the damaged parts according to a specific policy.
•Sending follow up reports to warranty management.
•Using advanced systems such as Oracle ETC.
Receiving customers and opening job cards.
Cars inspection and documenting vehicle history. Handling all types of customers specially the angry ones of them.
Follow-up customers and measuring the percentage of satisfaction.
Achieving spare parts sales and packages offers.
Developing estimates by costing material, supplies and labor; calculating customers payment, including deductibles.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• Diagnosing breakdown problems
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and Production colleagues
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Check cars on arrival to the service center until it leaves the proper maintenance
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures
