- Replenishment:
1. Stock replenishment and preparing orders from abroad.
2. Safety stock level control.
3. Follow up on shipment from A to Z (follow up with supplier, Bivac,
customs clearing agent, warehouse manager...)
- Sales:
1. Sales analysis and stock level control.
2. Sales monitor and quality control
3. Compose reports according to previous sales analysis, calculation of
inventory levels and sales forecast.
4. Credit sales control.
-Purchase:
1. Purchase analysis and unit cost control by supplier
2. Preparing purchase orders based on calculated speculation to
prevent shortage in items, and maintain safety stock levels.
3. Placing purchase orders and checking shipments from departure
untilarrival, of the imported products.
4. Follow up on purchasing orders with suppliers and shipping
companies ( MAERSK, DELMAS, NILEDUTCH...)
- Reporting:
Sales, purchase, and stock reconciliation, replenishment and sales
forecasting.
- Keeping records of ordered and received items.
- Executing procurement related procedure.
- Managing, phone calls, emails and in-person interactions with
suppliers.
Answering inbound calls, assisting customers in all issues related
and difficulties collecting bills, re-charging phone cards, data entry.
- Call monitoring
- Preparing weekly schedules of 14 staff members
- Interviewing and training new employees.
- Preparing daily reports, managing with other supervisors in different
sections.
- Outbound calls
-Customer follow up
-Handling customer complaints.
