1) Preparation of Financial Statements (financial position - income statement - statement of comprehensive income - cash flow statement - notes).
2) Financial analysis, by the using of vertical and horizontal methods and financial ratios to study and review financial performance and efficiency in the optimal use of activity resources

12) Permanent coordination with the external auditor and processing the necessary audit materials.
13) Preparing the necessary documents for Income Taxes and VAT on a regular basis as well as the procedures of tax checking with the legal accountant.
14) Preparation of financial budgets in accordance with the vision and direction of senior management.
15) Explain the internal audit plan annually, prepare sub-audit reports and review the main annual activity report.
16) Prepare the documentary cycle and the flow mechanism of accounting data and information for the financial management and warehouse management to suit and fit the effective internal control system.
17) Prepare various financial reports and data and study the system of costs and take the necessary measures to ensure that the expenses and standard costs are achieved in a controlled and accurate manner without disruption of the process of production and supply to customers.
• Supervises the Grants, Donations and reliefs Accountant.
• Prepares and submits invoices to grantors and reconciles any invoice discrepancies.
• Prepares applicable backup for all grant submissions.
• Assists in preparing grant budgets and budget modifications.
• Gathers data for monthly, quarterly and annual grant reports.
• Assists with preparation for grant financial audits.
• Collects financial data, analyzes the data for accuracy, and monitors the data regularly to ensure compliance with all grant financial requirements.
• Analyze budgets and expenditure reports for each funding source to determine any under/over spending and communicate with Management on expenditures.
• Prepares journal voucher entries for adjustments as directed.
• Works with other finance, accounting and compliance staff to review accounting entries in order to accurately charge costs to specific grants.
• Maintain current files on all public contracts in a secure location
