Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities as dictated by workload and consistently and effectively sell service center services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
Work in coordination with Insurance and Extended warranty companies, Discuss, negotiate repair estimates, and provide technical detailed explanation to the approval.
Ensure that the Nissan service center meets and exceeds all customer satisfaction indexes (CSI) internally and regionally by monitoring CSI reports and respond effectively to the customer feedback and complaints and discuss with the team and apply immediate agreed solutions and countermeasures.
Responsible of maintaining daily and monthly KPIs records as required by dealership management. Forecast goals and objectives for the workshop and ensure them being achieved. Assist in conducting daily shop goal assessments to the company’s expectations/budgets

Responsible for managing the Workshop traffic by efficient job allocation, responsible of flat rate time distribution and monitoring of workshop performance in terms of productivity and efficiency by utilizing available resources for maximum revenue and profit generation, assist the Service Manager in monitoring proper operations, management, supervision and control of workshop operations
.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 Confirm the workshop capacity at the beginning of the day by confirming the available technicians and Prepares daily report on productive man-hour and absenteeism.
 Review and confirm the carry over jobs from the previous day and customer appointment for the day considering unexpected situations such as warranty job and repeat repair job.
 Analyze the workshop capacity and inform the service reception for managing customers receiving and handling.
 Receives the job cards from the service advisers and allocate the jobs efficiently to the technicians according to availability and skills level.
 Manages traffic flow of units inside the workshop to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow inside the workshop to avoid time delays.
 Keeps track of the progress of the repair of vehicles in the workshop and ensuring that they are going according to the set guidelines.
 Coordinates operations between Service Reception and workshop properly by updating the jobs progress monitoring board regularly and Provides
maximum technical support activities to the workshop to ensure smooth and proper repair procedures.
 Assists Service Advisers with problem diagnoses, Informs service advisers of delays in work performance, necessary repair extension and additional defects.
 Make sure that all repairs have been quality controlled before closing from the job control sheet.

 Encodes into the computer the following:-
i. Job cards details in the daily monitoring sheet such as customer and vehicle information, complaints etc.
ii. Productive man-hour of each technician per repair order.
iii. Additional jobs performed duly approved by the customer.
iv. Q.C. inspector who road tested the unit.
 Records and monitors technicians available hours, sold hours and actual working hours for calculation of efficiency and productivity and Prepares monthly report on work time analysis for submission to the service manager.
 Updates technician skills board.
 Monitors waiting parts and follow up pending repair orders covering jobs waiting for customers’ decision with the service adviser and parts expediter.
 Monitors and prepares status report for all pending and carry over vehicles inside the workshop and Updates the service manager regarding status of all pending vehicles.
 Conducts periodic meeting with team leaders and technicians to discuss workshop concerns.
