1- Lead Material control team & operation team to build a unify, efficient Material master.
2- Monitor & control stock level from raw materials & general consumable to ensure smooth & continuous operation.
3- Activate MRP function in SAP-Material Master module in order apply JIT approach.
4- Improve MRO inventory performance indicator through monitor and analysis purchased & consumed items.
5- Contribute with RCM & RD team to apply required reverse engineering process for manufacture spares.
6- Guide operation team to commit with purchasing & consumption budget.
1- Reliability department is in charge to track the production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets.
2- Prioritized losses opportunities to focus efforts on the most critical issue then prepare required corrective action to reduce them
3- Prepare, develops, monitors and follow execution of assets Maintenance Plan.
4- Prepare & apply condition based maintenance program (i.e. alignment, vibration, and thermo-graph programs, Oil analysis, etc.)
5- Provide SAP support to end users for PM-Module
6- Ensure availability of consumable items in MRO inventory taking in consideration improving MRO performance indicators.
1- Represent Maintenance department, Workshop team, Roll-Shop team & Fleet team for both plants in SAP_Plant-Maintenance module implementation.
2- Set and document required working procedure cycles during Blue-print phase.
3- Collect, Review and unify required master data for SAP implementation during Realization phase.
4- Apply required test scenario and complete AUT during Pre-final preparation phase.
5- Provide training for end-user (about 70 person) during Pre-final preparation phase.
6- Prepare required Authorization matrix for end-user during Pre-final preparation phase.
7- Provide technical support and quick interaction during Go Live phase
8- Responsible for mechanical and electrical spare parts classification criteria.
Job Responsibilities & Experience:
1.Supervise mechanical maintenance services and trouble shooting for Cold Rolling Line(CRL02), Push-Pull Pickling lines (PKL01&PKL02), Non Reversed Skin Pass line (SKL01) and Slitting line (SLL03), Batch Annealing lines (BA01&02), Compressors Station and overhead crane.
2.Supervise the execution of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs, executed by the technicians; enhance them continuously according to actual status of production lines.
3.Monitoring the spare parts’ stock in warehouse and issuing necessary purchase orders and repair orders.
4.Monitoring, analyzing mechanical maintenance cost and control budget.
5.Prepare the half annual and annual reports including the technical analysis for the Maintenance performance, the statistic for the corrective maintenance, the consumption of spare parts and next year budget.
6.Prepare work instructions included (Maintenance instructions, General and Special Safety instructions, Tools required, etc.).
7.Cooperate with concerning departments to apply any required modifications to increase productivity, reduce mechanical breakdown, increase quality accepted ratio for product.
8.Apply and improve ISO system (required documentation for ISO 9001, plants code and official documents codes for the internal forms and procedures).
9.Evaluate Prepare and training technicians' staff for the work style and system.
Job Achievement:-
1.Implement exit coil car at PKL02 by changed the working mechanism design and material to solve its chronic problem.
2.Solve the chronic problem of centering cylinder of SLL03 by changed fixation type and cylinder assembly method
3.Commissioning of EL-MAKSAN slitting line.
4.Install and commission electrostatic oiling unit (Ravarini Maker) for SKL01.
5.Solve the chronic problem of acid leakage at PKL02 by modifying piping fixation type.
6.Implement of acid filtration system at PKL01 and modify heat ex-changer model which eliminate the chronic problem of heat ex-changer clogging.
7.Apply TPM at PKL02 - with coordination with line manger- which enhance technicians' skills, reduce manpower, optimize working hours, and raise machine re-liabilities.
8.Solve chronic problem sheet jamming in (SKL01) recoiler.
1- Supervise installation of main mechanical components for hydro power turbine such as (Impeller, shaft, Journal bearing, Wicket gates, Counter weight)
2- Supervise installation of auxiliary’s systems such as (Dewatering system &Drainage systems, Cooling Systems, turbines Supports hydraulic system… etc).
3- Cooperate with consultant (Lahmeyer International GmbH) to ensuring that the contractor (VATEC-ANDRITZ HYDRO) fulfill contract Obligations.
4- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and work plan and submitting to head office in Cairo.
5- Review and discuss invoices submitted from contractor
6- Responsible of maintenance of sites' vehicles beside organize the transportation.
