Responsible for:-
- Manage all financial and accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash transactions, revenues and expenses and daily cash summary.
- Supervise & coordinate petty cash activities.
- Perform daily accounting transactions by creating & posting vouchers.
- Analyze general ledger transactions to determine their accuracy to ensure that all finances are in balance.
- Maintain account receivable & accounts payable ledgers by checking, verifying and posting Customers & vendors invoices.
- Handle all financial statements including Balance sheet, Profit & loss statement, monthly closing accounts, monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly & monthly expenses and petty cash by analyzing and summarizing accounts information.
- Calculate and distribute the salaries to the employees.
- Record and analyze daily banking transactions.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
- Review, and correct errors in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Follow up the accounts of major customers.
