Work as E&I maintenance chief engineer at MCL project responsible for managing my team (5 person) to installation and maintain electromechanically component of the laundry and the attached waste water treatment planet KEMCO system from Pump, Submersed pumps, (VFD), Valves, Electrical control panels, fire fire fighting system, fire alarm system , electric Panels, lightning system, MV and LV Panels, all pumps, and DX unites , chiller unites, generator, systems and equipment, such as motors, UPS, switchgear, MCC, ATS system and all Jensen system machines.
Working as site project engineer follow the project scope baseline and the time baseline and prevent any unnecessary changes on the preparation of installation, commission and maintain equipment and devices that include the fire fire fighting system, fire alarm system , electric Panels, lightning system, air compressor, planet from Pump (outlet, inlet and washing ), Line interfaces, Plower, Slow-tippers, Fast Slow-tippers, Submersed pumps, Screw pumps, Valves, Chlorine injection system, MV and LV Panels, all pumps, and DX unites , chiller unites, generator and ATS system at Asyut waste water treatment plant 20000 m3/day

Job Description
Working on the preparation of applications and test equipment and devices that include units and central air conditioning systems including air-conditioning machines
Responsibilities :
. Full knowledge of water cooling systems and ventilation systems, chillers and A/C unites .
. Preparation of preventive maintenance programs and determine the required spare parts and replace them in each case.
. Maintain all electrical panel .
. Solve troubleshoot and investigate failures and conduct root cause analysis of different systems and equipment, such as motors, UPS, switchgear, MCC and others
. Prepare load studies and power safe studies and excitation all studies.
. Preparing electrical and mechanical maintenance plane for machine and achieve it beside making (HISTORY DOCEMENT ) for all machines.
. Preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, FAT and SAT schedules.
. Preparing method statements and all PPM reports of all machines.
. Detect mechanical and electrical failure and identify its causes and repair.
. Give additional information if necessary.
. Make necessary adjustment for the installation of some spare parts replacement.
. Understand control circuits in the charts and the ability to absorb information.
. Distribution of work to professionals who work with me, and bear all the responsibilities of work.
