• Lead CCAD's Branding Team
• Managing all aspects of the brand through the value chain both tangible and intangible.
• Manage the production of all official CCAD corporate videos.
• Analysing the CCAD brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages, if any.
• Creating CCAD brand plan and brand strategy jointly with the Director, and ensuring all aspects of CCAD service portfolio and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
• Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased appointment bookings, brand loyalty and improving market share.
• Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the Organization understand the brand and its goals.
• Working closely with all Business functions to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Playing a key part in sourcing and development of Cleveland Clinic services and ensuring all aspects of the value chain align with the brand.
• Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
• Realistic forecasting of patient walk ins and volume for the CCAD brand ensuring all functions of the organization are geared accordingly.
• Presenting the brand strategy jointly with the Director to Business Leadership and Service Line teams.
• Managing external agencies and ensuring branding & marketing budgets are met.
• Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth.
Monitor and Manage the FANR brand across all mediums and collateral
Manage, monitor and develop social media content for FANR's official accounts
Manage, organize and develop all FANR national and international events, exhibitions, conferences and participation
Manage, Develop and produce FANR's official publications, promotional Items and corporate videos
Website content monitoring and development
Dealing with vendors and procurement contracts for communications collateral and materials
Developing communication plans for FANR
Handling of all aspects of multimedia content for the organisation.
Developing and producing visual content such as video and images for web, print and social media.
Handling the organisations official social media account's content.
Photography.
Graphic design.
Media co-ordinating with outside organisations.
Event support.
Working with vendors to develop media content for the organisation.
Working on developing campaigns and initiatives with marketing, events and PR teams.
