i. Develop, maintain a log and certify completed works volumes according to contract
Bills of Quantities.
ii. Perform and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to check accuracy
of quantities in the Bill of Quantity.
iii. Review and certify Interim Payment Certificates for the subcontractors and the Owner
(Siemens).
iv. Assist the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator as required in commercial and
contractual issues.
v. Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation order.
vi. Preparing the monthly report presenting the current situation of executed work.
vii. Work closely with the Subcontractor counterparts in certifying progress claims for
monthly payment, and maintain full control of construction costs.
viii. Observe correct adherence to methods of measurement.
ix. Responsible of contact for matters relating to contract value and percentage completion
for works execution at the site.
The Project:
“Siemens - PS Service Center Project- Ramsis II- AIN SOKHNA - EGYPT.” This Project
with Siemens and the project management is MACE with a contract valued at a
consolidated amount of over 311 Million Pound.
x. Coordination between civil works and architecture works to avoid any conflicts.
xi. Preparing shop drawings for buildings package “Structure and architecture” for
concrete dimension, reinforcement details, Bar Bending List and architecture works…
etc.
xii. Study and prepare requests for information “RFI” for various Packages.
xiii. Perform and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to check accuracy
of quantities in the Bill of Quantity.
xiv. Check all invoices which produced by the subcontractor and make invoices for the
owner.
xv. Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development with the designer “Al
Amar”, the site and the shop drawings with Subcontractors.
xvi. Supervises the subordinate staff members in the execution of their responsibilities.
xvii. Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation order.
xviii. Preparing the monthly report presenting the current situation of executed work.
xix. Cost Estimation for all the items.
i. Logs and monitors all contractors submittals (correspondence and shop drawings) to ensure the timely response, and process change and field orders for review by the construction manager.
ii. Monitors reviews, comments and report on progress payments, quality control, and safety.
iii. Supervises the subordinate staff members in the execution of their responsibilities.
iv. Assists as applicable, the construction activities for contracts relative to the site and provides input for all change orders and claims analysis.
v. Prepares The Weekly Progress Reports.
vi. Reviews and approves the As Built Drawings for final approval by the construction manager.
i. Technical Office revision over the civil and architecture shop drawing output.
ii. Quantity surveying and Preparing of Bill of Quantities.
iii. Preparing Payment invoices and final balance sheets with Consultant (ECG).
iv. Calculating sub-contractors Invoice.

v. Technical Office revision over the shop drawing output. (Survey Works, Form Works, Steel Works
detailing, bar bending list).
vi. Quantity surveying and Preparing of Bill of Quantities (Steel, R.C., P.C., Bricks, Gypsum, Ceramics,
Paintworks and all Types of Finishing).
vii. Preparing Payment invoices and final balance sheets with Consultant (Al AMAR Engineer Group)
viii. calculating sub-contractors weekly Invoice.
