I am responsible for Specifying all currencies exchange rates and achieve certain profit target from each currency, purchasing and selling currencies from wall street and others and compare prices to form a competitive currency price and assuring excellent profit margin for company at the same time. My tasks as an operation manager includes but is not limited to the following:

•Monitor a large scale of foreign exchange functions and operations that include all transactions and remittances.
•Review reconciliation sheets and ensure that all sheets are balanced accordingly to the regulations and laws of the country and the Central bank.
•Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and companies; discovering and exploring opportunities.
•Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; then evaluating options; After that resolving the internal priorities; And Finally, recommending equity investments.
•Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying establishing new branch or integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating costs and partners' needs and goals.
•Maintain the relationship between international and counterpart financial institutions.
•Manage the research on both foreign and domestic markets, with the use of fundamental and technical analysis and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
•Manage trading functions in order to meet corporate goals financially.
•Be up to date with all of the latest financial developments, not only with the country’s economy, but also with other countries and foreign economies that affect clients and the organization.
•Service clients on international business issues by developing forecasts of hedging exposures.
- Monitoring all Al- Dar account balances in all banks all over the world .
- Monitoring all currencies moving (EUR, GBP, INR...).
- Dealing with all banks to cover all Al-Dar accounts (federalbank India, banque misr Egypt, Com bank srilanka ...).
- Setup the best margin rate for Al-Dar with all money products.
- Offering the best rate for all ties up to all customer specially (India, Philippines, Sri lanka, Egypt...).
- Managing the Whole save and make sure the availability from the foreign currencies .
- purchasing and selling currencies from wall-street, Orient and others and compare prices to form a competitive currency price and assuring excellent profit margin for company at the same time.
- Responsible for Specifying all currencies exchange rates and achieve certain profit target from each currency.
- Predict analysis of bank transfer commission and bring changes wherever called for.
- Preparation of annual corporate planning and process(Budget).
- Monthly analysis of revenue per transactions by branch wise and product wise and initiate remedial steps wherever called for.
- Daily analysis of remittance, forex and other allied product target.
- Arrange monthly surprise cash verifications at branches and ensure weekly cash verifications are conducted by supervisors.
- Ensures cash shorts are recovered on time and investigate cash shorts found to be suspicious .
- Scrutinizes agreements with third parties before taking it up with legal Dep.
- Makes arrangements for cash pick up with security agencies and ensure timely deposit at bank.
- Liaison with QCB officials on matters related to operations Release announcement, circulars on all operational aspects.
- Managing the cash collection for 14 branches and credit it in Al-Dar accounts in local banks .

Issue and follow up deals according to available rates and interbank rates, take care of shortage and surplus and daily ending balance, to reach maximum profit.My tasks include but not limited to the following:

* Access to all international debt securities (i.e. sovereigns bonds, corporate Debt, and syndicated loans).
* Invest in a wide spectrum of tailored made structured products (i.e. CLNs, CDS, and FTD) matching different risks appetite with a variety of underlying (i.e. Interest Rates, CDS, Eurobonds …. etc.)
* Sell credit protection on an underlying security (in credit linked notes) or basket of securities (First to default).
* Prepare credit information memorandums to be submitted for the approval of the credit risk management committee.
