Introducing local, regional and international strategic educational partners in order to establish the brand promise. Entered into regional an international strategic partnerships with IBDL, Victoria University, Switzerland, Arab Trainers Union, Jordan, and MTC, India.
As HR Assistant to the Chairman, I was responsible to assess, propose, develop and advise on and implement policies, programs, and practices relating to the effective use of people within the organization, aiming to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims.
In addition, helps to provide a key HR service to the business as a whole ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.

Recruited various Arabs & non-Arab expatriates (Director of Planning, Training Director Chief Auditor, and Financial Analyst).
Directed multi-level HR function in 12 countries, Middle East, Africa and Asia, for 10’000 staff members to ensure positive employee-employer relationship for US$11.5 billion turnover group of companies.
Established and led change and transformation plan, conducted HR due diligence (acquiring soft drink factory), revamped HR function. Revised and developed comprehensive Policies and Procedures.
