Developed marketing road show plan, and creating programs and events in line with the vision and mission statements. Established international relations to achieve association’s strategy.
Appointed by the Board to manage the newly established training company and the residential educational facility (120 Million Egyptian Pounds) to provide a bundle of programs range from one (1) day seminar to master degree program to all sister companies and to the public. Introducing local, regional and international strategic educational partners in order to establish the brand promise. Entered into regional an international strategic partnerships with IBDL, Victoria University, Switzerland, Arab Trainers Union, Jordan, and MTC, India.
As HR Assistant to the Chairman, I was responsible to assess, propose, develop and advise on and implement policies, programs, and practices relating to the effective use of people within the organization, aiming to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims.
In addition, helps to provide a key HR service to the business as a whole ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.

Established 18 month, Rising Stars Post Graduate Business Management Skills Program in association with local university & The Drucker Society of Gulf States, for the development of 30 potential managers. Managed effectively & efficiently staff layoff program to achieve 850 member. Recruited various Arabs & non-Arab expatriates (Director of Planning, Training Director Chief Auditor, and Financial Analyst).
Directed multi-level HR function in 12 countries, Middle East, Africa and Asia, for 10’000 staff members to ensure positive employee-employer relationship for US$11.5 billion turnover group of companies.
Established and led change and transformation plan, conducted HR due diligence (acquiring soft drink factory), revamped HR function. Revised and developed comprehensive Policies and Procedures. Introduced Apprenticeship & Scholarship Programs “Employer of Choice” concept. Introduced and coordinated the execution of company-wide MBO's system. Coordinated the establishment of the company vision, mission and values statements. Introduced new PM System based on 360-degree concept. Established the company's training center. Developed organizational Core Competency. Saved US$455'000 in external consultations projects.

Established Train-the-Trainers & Managing the Function of Training that was accredited by Damascus University.
