✓ Maintain the Windows Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NPS, SMTP, BMS, BI and Print Servers.
✓ Promote / Demote DC, DNS Zone Migration, AD Self Service, End-Point Protection, MFA Authentication & User Enroll.
✓ Manage SCCM Server, Configuration Manager, Push the regular Windows Servers / Linux Servers Patch Updates.
✓ Store In-Charge for all ICT Equipment and IT Datacenter Room,
✓ Lead IT team, perform regular routine daily tasks and activities.
✓ Ensure the team follows IT infrastructure policies, procedure with Standard Management, and Manage the documentation.
✓ Worked on Hyper-V Cloud VM, storage, networks & firewall.
✓ Manage the Windows Server, AD, User Accounts/ Passwords, DC, DNS, GP, File Permissions, Quota and Print Server.
✓ Regular IBM LTO Tape backup and restore using Networker tool. Cloud Administrator
✓ Worked on web-based cloud ERP application system hosting.
✓ Manage the AWS, AZURE Cloud accounts, Billing & payment subscription, Analyze the data backups and cost optimize.
✓ Create / deploy EC2 Instance, attach Volume, taking snapshot, allow inbound security groups ports, S3 bucket.
✓ Setup the Load Balancer, Target Group, ASG, Route53, Code Commit, LAMBDA, SNS, VPC, IAM & Cloud watch monitoring.
✓ Setup jobs trigger in Jenkins CI/CD pipeline for deployments
✓ Implement Zabbix for system and networks monitoring.
