Duties & Responsibilities:

 Prepares bill of quantities from drawings and specification.
 Supports and contributes to the tender and proposal process as required.
 Update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress data.
 Maintain accurate record and track BOQ according to the approved drawings.
 Identifies and analyses the commercial risk of a project.
 Prepare the New price proposal.
 Checking and analyze with subcontractor various proposal and tenders (New price proposal, Extra work orders).

 Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
 Valuing Completed work and arranging the Payments for Sub Contractors.
 Keep the Tracking of Sub Contractor Extra Works and arranging the Payments.
 Keep the tracking of Sub-Contractor & vendor’s back charge.
 Prepare the additional reports for superintendent; in order to attend the management meeting.
 Prepare the Daily Site Activities / Equipment Status / Manhour Reports in order to submit to the Client.
 Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budget.
 Prepare the New BOQ against the Change order. (CO from client)
 Visit sites to monitor to progress and to check that the work is to budget.
 Keep the track of subcontractor executed each activity.
 Assist and coordinate with subcontractor quantity surveyor.
 Checking and verification at site subcontractor reported progress.
 Keep the tracking of Engineering issued Site instruction, site technical query, cost estimation.
 Prepare the cost analyze of any reworks.



The Following Projects are successfully done:
 Rawabi Oil & Gas project inside of Rawabi holding in Dammam.
 Ashaar Valley Infrastructure & Electrification Project inside of Royal Commission in Al Ula.

Having 1 Year 8 months experience in FARIS GROUP at Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) as a Civil Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, AutoCAD Design, from July 2016 to March 2018.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Studying & understanding about project like contract, drawing and execution in a safe & professional manner.
 Prepared the time frame for project execution work as per the approved Project Schedule by client.
 Weekly reporting to project manager, client about the Project status.
 Arranged the Open & Close PTW (Permit to Work) from client with approved drawing & documents as a daily routine.
 Review and schedule the project work and ensure completion as scheduled.
 Assist the site supervisor in resolving arising technical problem in the project.

 Responsible for the preparation of monthly progress billing, final monthly invoices and contract payment certificate as per approved by client.
 Prepare new price proposal and submission to contractor.
 Design construction project by studying project concept, Civil drawings & models.
 Coordinate with other department and trade to ensure smooth implementation of project schedule and activities.
 Utilize software to calculate, record and track inventory and estimate.
 Coordinate with contractor quantity surveyor joint site verification.
 Team leadership provide on-Site guidance to team members and sub-contractor and overseeing team member’s activities.

 Construction of Irrigation tank & pump room, Evaporation Ponds, Return Storage tank & Reject pump station project inside of KAUST in Thuwal.

 Constructed Canal & ponds revetment walls in India (Tamil Nadu).

Measuring the road leveling (L.S & C.s), column marking and Topography survey using Total station. I drawing Auto-cad in road leveling & topography survey work.

Having 1 years’ experience in TECHNO BUILDERS ENGINEER CONSULTANTS & CONTRACTORS at India (Chennai) as a Civil Site Engineer. During from May 2011 up to June 2012.
