Responsibilities:
Directly responsible about all types of works to build a G+2P+5Typical floors building as follows:
1- Pushing all site groups to finish the assigned scope of work correctly and within time.
2- Working on handing over works to QS and Consultant .
3- Setting level and piles coordinates for starting piling foundation works.
4- Casting 90 bored piles with SOILMEC R45&R16 without pump due to plot constrains.
5- Making Static load test for piles.
6- Coordinate with BRC factory to issue BBS and revise it according to approved drawing from municipality.
7- Getting quotation to approve subcontractors based on cost&time&quality criteria.
8- Responsible about site planning and material request.
9- Responsible about safety and taking protective actions to avoid hazards.
10- Studying structural and architectural drawing.
11- Coordinate between MEP subcontractors.
12- Revise and Approve subcontractors invoices"ations and terminate them

SITE WORK
1)Check workmanship quality
2)Check manpower and productivity
3)Calculate actual cost and make adjustment
4)Coordinate with QC&Consultant engineers to handover the work
5)Coordinate with PM and follow his instructions
OFFICE WORK
1)Planning to Initiate the project
2)Monitoring and controlling execution process
3)Submit Interim Claim Invoice
4)Coordinate with main contractor office staff
