Managing the following sections:

1- Stock Control - Computer system:
- Reordering goods in /out.
- Automatic reorders of suppliers.
- Reconciliation of stock balance.

2- Reordering:
- Managing the stock of more than 20, 000 items in/ out.
- Maintaining the stock to be within the appropriate level according to the Co. policy & the market needs.

3- Receiving process:
- Supervise the checking of the received goods concerning the expiry date, quantities ordered, legal registration & quantities.

4- Auditing process:
- Revising all the transactions that take place inside the warehouse.

5- Documentation cycle:
- Receiving notes.
- Issue notes.
- Wastage notes
- Returns notes.

Official receiving invoices copies are distributed among all the departments respectively for record & counting.

6- Dealing with the supplying problems.

7- Setting the promotion quantities according to the market needs after negotiation with the suppliers
8- Now working as warehouse and Distribution manager


A - Assure that all Warehouse effective items is properly stored & delivered safely to operation stores according to company standards.
B - Direct supervision of (4) subordinates.
C - Manage receiving & storing approx. 15000 cases per day.
D - Manage delivering for 90 stores( Metro & Khair Zaman & Mini Metro )
E - Manage the warehouse vehicles (108).
F - Manage the logistics activities approx. 80 of deliveries per day.
G - Manage dealing with 100 suppliers on daily basis.
H - Dealing with 25000 items in the warehouse
