• Leading 130 of skilled Staff (Technicians, foreman, Engineers) to achieve Maintenance KPIs’.
• Determine the function, capability, functional failure modes, impact, severity, and acceptable risk for assets to define the right maintenance requirements.
• Maintains the PM (Preventive Maintenance), PdM (Predictive Maintenance) systems and processes within the ORACLE CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Develops, recommends, and implements strategies for improving the reliability of the equipment.
• Responsible for RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) on existing equipment and all new equipment.
• Develop the proper control procedures for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing, machinery ...etc.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems, make suitable analysis, execute reports to the management and Consult with the production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs.
• Prepare and execute departmental budget for staffing, spares, consumables, major equipment overhauls, and new initiatives
• Controlling maintenance tools, spares, and equipment using the ORACLE system.
• Manage & guide the Maintenance team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.
• Develop staffing and skill-building plans to build technical mastery.
• Apply Total productive Maintenance Methodology (TPM) and 5S with coordination with other departments.
• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
• Manages the activities of the Manufacturing Team and responsible for staffing decisions, training and development and performance management of the staff.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply. Plans and budgets.
• Controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects, develops and evaluates manufacturing personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
• Evaluates all manufacturing processes with the goal of continuously improving process capability, equipment utilization, and product quality.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, cost and changeovers.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Apply lean methodologies to increase productivity, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Manage & guide the Production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.

• Coordinate the timely delivery of engineering & design solutions for technical queries from the contractor or internal issues.
• Ensure that equipment supplied by vendor DANIELI is in timely manner and according to the company or international standard specifications.
• Monitoring progress and performance of Engineering Department in line with the company standard requirements.
• Ensuring the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to.
• Resolving and responding to technical queries from the contractor.
• Reviewing technical contract documents & engineering reviews.
• Promote company safety policy & HSE awareness.
• Ensure a safe and effective execution of erection, installation, commissioning works.
Duties & Responsibilities includes:
•Implement the daily production planning.
•Ensure the correct manning per machine & fill the manpower shortage list.
•Review the daily Production Reports and ensure their correctness in order enable a good handover of shifts.
•Responsible of the start up production operation at the beginning of each shift.
•Follow up achievements of set goals for the production team and assign tasks & deadlines to each individual.
•Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.
•Supervise the machine run-ability during trials & report it to the Prouction Superintendent.
•Ensure machine run-ability for new production orders and claim non conformities of various defects.
•Analyse problems, investigate reasons, and make the needed failure reports in order to reduce the probable delays, increase productivity, yield and reduce the cost.
•Ensure a proper transfer of information during the shift change.
•Coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure a proper preventive maintenance on all machines.
•Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to ensure the application of all the quality procedures according to the international standards.
•Evaluate the performance of the staff & suggest the appropriate incentive and training program based on the achievement of each employee.
•Supervise, perform & follow projects dedicated to the line, implement suitable modifications along with other departments.
