Supervising of QA/QC infrastructure activities on site including :
- To ensure that project construction activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, Contract Specifications and Drawings.

- Development of Quality Control Procedures QCP’s and Inspection Test Plans ITP’s of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works and participate in preparing MS.
- Quality control of concrete and asphalt batch plants production.
- Work w/ the Procurement manager & vendors to ensure quality of all purchased materials.
Project : New Doha International airport project (NDIA)
Position: Head of section tunnels and infrastructure (construction department)
I was responsible of construction activities off cross taxiway tunnel.
- Review the civil work design and ensure the full compliancy with our process design.
- Plan/schedule construction activities in lines with the construction schedule to meet the agreed program of deadlines and according to the budget and set quality standards.
- Monitor the supervision of the work and site labor force through subordinate engineers, supervisors, general foremen & foremen taking any necessary remedial action to ensure documents, specifications, inspection and testing plan are in place.
- Coordinate the Electrical and Mechanical Activities and all required interfaces with civil work.
- Collaborates with project controller, time management, QA/QC, HSE to monitor project - prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of Work progress with a narrative.
- Discuss all work problems and inform the project engineers of any issue which can impact activity or the progress of work.

- Coordinate the piping, electrical and mechanical Activities and all required interfaces with civil work.
