Responsible for handling front office reception, administration & clerical duties, reporting to the Front Office Manager. Also running night shifts on the system to a new date and providing all departments with the reports needed through the new day. My duties also include greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.Also schedule meetings and travel for executives
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Hotel.
Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Hamlet administration.
Performs all other receptionist functions.
