Duties and responsibilities include complete System Administration of QIT Head office and 3 remote sites:
• Administration, configuration and troubleshoot MS Windows 2012 Standard & 2003 Enterprise Server issues.

• Administration, Troubleshooting and support for MS Windows Server 2012 & 2003
• Preparing audit controls and monitoring audit trails on uncharacteristic behaviors and security breaches by individuals and activities and reporting to higher management.
• Preparing comprehensive plans and procedures for business continuity(BCP) following system failures
• Configuring Active Directory, FSMO roles, GPOs, DNS & DHCP components
• Setup of Kerio firewall, Kerio mail and Symantec Antivirus Servers.
• Performing periodic Backups & ensure secure data access to authorized users.
• Coordinating with remote site system support staff and users on important system transitions and upgrades.

Directs and coordinates activities of computer based knowledge by performing the following duties:
• Management of the BCS Training Division.
• Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for delivery of standard service and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
• Recommends and develops plans for systems enhancements and operations on hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
• Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
• Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
• Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address day-to-day problems.
• Carrying out promotional activities for the Division.

• Working experience in Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP.
• Develop and deploy methodologies for testing network performance and providing network performance statistics and reports.
