A. Manage and control HR and Admin team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and
carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
B. Develop and implement an action plan for managing and achieving changes that will support the
organization’s core objectives.
C. Responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team.
D. Determine Performance Measurement Standards and Indicators to achieve goals.
E. Prepare and implement the annual HR Plan.
F. Participate in Identifying, designing and implementing strategic HR projects.
G. Creates and participate in approve any modifications to the organization structure and job creation
H. Manage creating job descriptions for current and new positions.
I. Manage and oversee the HR operations including KPIs and all related to (Payroll, pension, disciplinary
actions…etc.).
J. Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures including reward policies to ensure effective,
fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization. Promote effective communication
between management and staff and to encourage harmonious industrial relations
K. Maintain comprehensive salary and reward data to ensure that decisions are made in the light of the best
possible information.
L. Follow up the implementation of promotions' decisions, transfer, dismissal and sanctions in accordance with
the policies and procedures of HR.
M. Provides guidance, consultation, and recommendations on compensation and benefits matters.
N. Make annual compensation review in terms of base pay, short-term incentive, job evaluation, and the
benefits review processes.
O. Keep up to date with legal developments and advise management on compliance and risk factors.
P. Develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of
employment to ensure that the company complies with all local laws and regulations and legal requirements
and best practice.Q. Manage administration team through acquiring resources, evaluate performance, and recommend
promotions and discipline to keep sustainable performance improvement.
R. Supporting the company by facilitating the effective and efficient delivery of services at each of the
Department's organizational units.
S. Responsible for delivering different administrative services through paying expenses on time to ensure
sustainability of services.
T. Monitor office supplies through coordination with different vendors to provide high quality in time.
U. Plan and organize all activities related to facilitation of work flow.
V. Develop and oversee recruitment process. And ensure that all processes are accurately complete and
documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
W. Manage the new hire orientation and maintaining a smooth on boarding process as well as exit process.
X. Evaluate employees’ training needs for recommendations and monitor training programs
Y. Review timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
Z. Coordinate with Financial Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll and review final payments for
accuracy and compliance with Qatar labor law.
AA. Advise CEO on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation, provide decision support through
HR metrics.
BB. Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
CC. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
DD. Investigate employee relations issues & ensure HR related decisions are consistent and fair.
