Constantly reviewing the performance of the broiler farms and suggested ways &means to improve the same.To ensure that the S.O.Ps and S.S.O.Ps are followed at the farms .To coordinate with other allied departments to ensure necessary inputs for the department and also with top management for improving the performance. To monitor and analyze and conduct different trials. To check daily and weekly data from the farms prepare processing programme and to raise the purchase orders for the materials and equipment required by the department . Search for latest trends in improving the quality of products or processes and recommend for implementation . Ensure the final products are produced in compliance with SASO or other relevant international standards and that the products reach the customer in good condition .
