Recruitment Section Head Duties:
To design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the Implementing HR policies and procedures
Manage and supervise the Recruitment process in hiring.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and relevant sourcing channels to reach job seekers.
Organize and run recruiting events (presentations, workshops, job fairs etc.) and advertise employment opportunities in print, digital and online media Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, follow-up with candidates, and answer all candidate queries related to HR.
To develop and update job descriptions
To source, screen and interview candidates
To coordinate with various Plants on their recruitment requirements
To search new target locations for recruitment
To prepare periodical progress reports on recruitment
Supervise staff
To build annual recruitment plans with assistance from operations & unit managers
To research & identify appropriate & high quality candidate pools
To screen applications & CVs received in a timely manner & in-line with our equal opportunities policy
To identify the best candidates & issue invites to recruitment sessions within agreed time limits
To place successful candidates as required
To communicate with candidates and unit managers to ensure successful co-ordination of placements.
To quality control recruitment process
To assess new employee performance and review recruitment process accordingly
To conduct exit interviews with team members & provide feedback
Conducts job interviews for the managerial and directors job Levels (or key jobs in the organization)
Communicate with different departments to prepare yearly recruitment plan
Responsible for settling in and orientation of hired employees.
Oversee the induction of new employees to ensure a smooth transition to the new working environment.
OD Duties:
Planning and implementing all HR Projects starting from job analysis ending by grading system and pay structure. (point factor Hay Method)
Responsible for the restructure program.
Creating and updating HR policies an manuals.
Prepare monthly HR reports to the country manager and global Hr manager.
Review and analyze position description questionnaires; allocates positions to appropriate job classifications; prepare new classification descriptions, revise existing descriptions before a job evaluation committee.
Supervise candidate recruitment process; review and evaluate employee qualifications; maintain eligible applicant pools and refer candidates to hiring departments.
Advises and counsels First Line Managers on employee relation issues, as well as, reviews documents of disciplinary action or performance improvement plans for appropriate content
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs; determine changes to be made and initiates changes to programs to ensure appropriate skills development.
Administers the formulation and enforcement of HR Policies and Procedures
Supervises salary grading scale and assure compliance with HR / Corporate norms
Follows-up on all employee-related issues regarding rewards, recognition and corrective actions, safety, welfare, wellness and health to maximize employee attitude, condition and morale
Analyses and designs attractive reward schemes as compared to the local labor and job market
Design and implement the performance management System.
Design and implement incentive bonus scheme.
Design and implement grading system & Salary structure.
Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Provide information and consultation regarding employment issues, e.g. transfers, promotion/ demotion, reduction-in-force, placement.
Monitor and evaluates all related HR activities and staff performance.
Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system is provided with accurate and timely support and effective input.

• Direct Personnel staff in completing personal files with all legal required documents and issue regular reports of personnel files status
• Reviews, validates HR data base and issue regular staffing and headcount analysis as required.
• Direct staff in screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
• Prepares job description.
• Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover.

• Work closely with assigned business' HRMs to deliver recruitment needs.
• Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid
level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
• Submit candidates' offers and follow up on software until placing.
• Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires ..
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Report weekly and when required to recruitment & staffing regional management for progress update and further instructions.
• Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
• Answering customer inquiries and handling complaints.
• Floor Inquiry and training on new products and services.
• Handle customer's complaints, inquiries & provide first call resolution solutions to their problems.
