• Forecasting the costs of different resources needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documentation.
• Tender management includes preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
• Contract management and contractual advice.
• Valuation of construction work.
• Claims and Dispute management.
• Life Cycle Cost analysis.
• Value Engineering.
• Timely payment to Contractor, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers etc.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Taking off quantities and Prepare the BOQ from the Tender Drawings.
• Handling project task with complete responsibility.
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
• Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising
with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bill of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Sub-contractors / Suppliers floating inquiries and follow-up for quotations.
• Preparing Price Comparison for Sub Contractor Quotation.
Project : Construction of Commercial Building (B7+G+M+16) by DIFC, Dubai UAE
Project Value : AED 380 Million
Roles and responsibilities:
• Quantity take-off for commercial and heavy construction projects using computer-aided technology or manual process.
• Preparation and issuance of payment certificates to sub-contractors.
• Preparation of interim payment applications, variation, notifications, and agreement with the Engineer.
• Maintaining and updating LIVE change management document/Registers.
• Assist with tracking and summarizing monthly as built payment quantities as required.
• Cost code allocation of specific cost codes to capture cost accordingly.
• Interpretation of IFC Drawings, Engineering drawings and specification to effect correct measurements, quantification and
• calculations of project costs and/or value.
• Liaison with subcontractors including but not limited to preparation and agreement of variation accounts for main and
subcontracts.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for subcontract work.
• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities and material deliveries.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly payment application and follow up for payment certificates from Engineer.
• Preparing Valuation of variations: preparing variation notifications, attending variation meeting and follow up consultant
for the Engineering Instruction, submitting cost proposals and liaising with consultant to agree the amounts.
• Proposing Value Engineering options to the Engineer and the Employer to overcome any major issue.
• Preparation of subcontractor’s and Supplier’s Variation orders and Site instructions.
• Verification of subcontractor’s, Supplier’s payments and issue the Payment Certificates, and Assess the subcontractor’s
and Supplier’s variations and new unit rate build-ups.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers for bonds, guarantees and warranties of Equipment as per the project
requirements.
• Review and certify the subcontractor’s and supplier’s payment.
• Measurement, analysis, and evaluation of the works in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
• Attending the Commercial meeting to the resolution of disputes.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for subcontract work.
• Frequent site visits to scrutinize the quantities and verify work progress.
Project : Construction of Commercial Building (B+G+6) Ansar Mall by Ansar Group, Doha Qatar

Roles and responsibilities:
• Arrange to set up an Invoicing Procedure.
• Monitor implementation of contract provision and submit timely notification to client regarding any changes to contract
agreement.
• Collect information regarding changes to the contract agreement or any rework and prepare commercial evaluation of
changes in accordance with the contract agreement.
