Ensure better/restricted control of access to and sharing of financial information, such as unit rates and
prices etc.., analysis the basis of monetary value and unit rates, incorporation of agreed quantities,
approved contract unit rates for major equipment and indirect manpower, unit rates for other items,
approved sub-contractors and suppliers, agreed prices, other cost elements, %ges for design, O/H and
profit as per RFA, overall financial summary as contract conditions, recommend and agree payment
certificates along with Dar Al Handasah, Review of contractors valuations, review unit rates,
procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers, prelims, indirect manpower, materials on site, etc.,

following activities: Recommending Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications for Client Payments:
Reviewing my measurement QSs assessments: Monthly Accomplished Works Records, Engineers’
works approvals, adjustments for contractual obligations, Non Conformation Reports, Safety non -
compliance reports, client periodical instructions, land lease charges, use of client facilities, back-
charges among other direct contractors, elemental/detailed breakdowns to include partial works
accomplishment of B.O.Q items, adjustments for PC, PS, provisional items, measurable items,
provisional payment allowances for works accomplished change orders, coordinating cost managers of
PM consultants, incorporating PM consultants/client instructions in the payments, site contract violated
works etc., attending the commercial-contract/progress/technical meeting, coordinating with architects,
engineers on the technical queries, client interim/provisional requirements. Change Managements,
Prolongation costs and Value Engineering etc., .

verifying and approving the Engineer’s status reports and statements to the management related with
budgets, forecasts, project cost reports, cash flow charts, IPMS reports, status of PS/PC Items
finalization and approval etc., Change Managements, Prolongation costs and Value Engineering
etc., . solving disputes among contractors, suppliers, subcontractors in compliance to the contract
