□ Record day to day accounting transactions (Such as Purchase Invoices, Expenses, Receipts, Payments) in SAP.
□ Reconciliation of Supplier Statement and issued monthly payments.
□ Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis.

□ Passing entries in MS excel, about all accounting related data.

□ Review and verify accuracy of invoicing and supporting documentation as required.
□ conducting inventories all over our stores in Kuwait to check the physical stock with our financial data and find shrinkage if any.
□ Attending meeting with our clients and resolving if any balance payment issues .
□ Reconciliation with warehouse inventory monthly

□ Daily cash or credit sales report maintenance.
□ Handling manual and computerized accounts.
□ Maintenance of petty cash and day to day expenses.
□ Daily sales Book keeping of the accounts. Customer
□ handling to feedback Record keeping .

□ Forex in foreign currency buying and selling.
□ Forex for Indian money to abroad money changing.
□ Forex for private visits business visits education currency change.
□ Forex for all country currency for purchase and sales.
□ Document clearing and verifying currency.
