• Coordinating closely with clients, architects, vendors and contractors from the early stages of design till completion for Civil,
Architectural & Finishing, Interior Design & Facade works
• Reviewing and approval of all detailed shop drawings, Technical submittals & Method statements as per approved design drawings and
Techno-commercial Project requirements
• Executing and monitoring site work as per approved drawings with strict adherence to Project Specifications, Statement of Work &
Scope statement; managing the execution team for Architectural & Finishing works
• Monitoring the progress of works & attends review meetings with stakeholders; coordinating with other disciplines’ inter-dependencies
and finalizing execution plans to meet the target completion dates.
• Managing Quality by applying QA/QC procedures; directing the site inspectors for Work inspection reports, Materials inspections and
exercising rigorous quality control measures such as non-conformance and Cease & desist instructions
• Liaising with the clients to understand their requirements; determining architectural preferences of client, Design Intent, purpose for
environment, budget, types of construction, and other factors
• Facilitating selection and finalizing the Finishing materials, Color Boards, Ironmongery, Facade elements, Furniture & Fit-outs, Kitchen
Equipment & Finishes, fabrication & installation arrangement and related items.
• Providing technical inputs on methodologies of construction; monitoring daily construction activities; resolving technical issues arising at
site by applying subject knowledge, standard practice & norms and coordinating with consultants.
• Scope management of Architectural works and addressing any deviation by stakeholders engagement to avoid scope creep
• Resource planning of Materials, Manpower & Equipment; follow-up for requisitions, approvals, procurement, inventory management and
deployment as per the Project requirements and construction schedule.
• Conducting site survey, site quantity estimation; formalizing any deviation from approved drawings and Contract BOQ by implementing
through the prescribed change control procedures
• Extending support for development of project schedules, master schedules, resource planning, execution methodologies, budgets and
cash flow projections; preparing, scheduling & tracking Bar Chart
• Managing & Coordinating all techno-commercial activities such as project costing, budgeting, funding re-conciliation limits, Contract
administration, estimation & tendering and sub-contractor billing
• Ensure adherence to project closure requirements such as final inspection, as-built drawings, snags punch list, attic stock, O&M manuals,
warranties and facilitating the Administrative closure of project

Architecture with IREO Management - India
• Delivered the Finishing works of high end residential & Commercial properties as a part of a vast integrated Township development,
awarded to several contractors involving a high volume of Stake-holder communication
• Design coordination with the Principal consultants for finalization of Construction documents, continuously monitoring the design
development process, updating the drawings and getting the site execution done with compliance to Design brief, Project specification
and collaboration with the clients for end user requirements and preferences.
• Closely worked with stakeholders from CRM in prioritizing the properties for handing over and drive the construction activities according
to the needs of end-users in an endeavor to improve net promoter score.
• Liaising with Legal department in matters concerning with construction activities and their implication on external factors like Statutory
requirements & Mandates across various governmental departments
• Communicated with the clients to address concerns prior to property handover and delivering the Architectural and Finishing works to
their fullest satisfaction and thereby promote Business value

Managed the Real estate development for DLF group at Chandigarh, India
Worked from Consultancy side in a Site super-visionary role and providing Project Management services.
Successfully completed the Project including variety of residential products ranging from Independent Floors, plotted development and Villas.

Supervised the Architectural and Finishing works of several fast track projects like IBIS DIAL hotels, Mall/ Multiplex and Mixed use Buildings
