 Update Project Schedule, highlighting delays and work on recovering such delays.
 Managing Engineering & Procurement Scope to meet targeted schedule.
 Prepare Weekly look ahead and hold meetings with various teams to assure meeting schedule.
 Review Subcontractors Schedules, and incorporate it in Project Master Schedule.
 Managing Resolution of Subcontractor claims and Extension of Time.

 Developing Baseline schedule.
 Updating Schedule highlighting delayed activities and recommend corrective action.
 Following up Engineering submittals, material procurement and subcontractors’ status.
 Attending periodic progress meeting with top management, consultant and client.
 Preparing of Time Extension Requests/Time Claims.
 Update project budget in accordance with approved design, drawings and V.Os.
 Prepare and update project cash flow periodically.
 Supervising and monitoring Site Labor Force and Subcontractors Productivity.

 Work on Delay Analysis for the project and Prepare Time Extension request.
