Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization to lead projects effectively. ● Consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other-interested parties. ● Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfil identified objectives and deliverables. Review progress and future actions by participating and managing the progress meetings. ● Review method statements, procedures based on contract drawings and specifications. ● Act as contact for Client’s communication with field personnel. ● Monitor daily work progress at site according to the approved baseline program schedule and issue instructions to contractor and consultant wherever necessary. ● Head weekly technical and progress meetings with contractor and consultant brief/present the project progress and hurdles to the client, raising issues and presenting the effective and optimum solution and attending interface and following up snag list and managing the Taking over process.

Trojena, NEOM, KSA Responsibilities: ● Work at PMC, assist project core team in review of A/E submittals and providing expert judgement. ● Working in the Trojena-Neom for the construction of iconic buildings which will-be excavated in rocks with secant piles shoring, TBM twin tunnels (4.40-km) and NATM tunnels (Drill and Blast) which help the passengers to arrive the Vault station hub which will be like largest open pit excavated in rocks with 165m depth which will be rested on piles and stabilized by pre-stressed anchors, passive bolts, meshes, Shotcrete concrete, rock fall protection systems, raking drains and Secant bored Piles. ● Responsible for Managing & supervision of the contractors works. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization to lead projects effectively plus reviewing the Monitoring data system from Piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers, and Dewatering system to analyse and applying trigger alarm systems due to any movements and Rockfall hazard protection systems by scaling and applying rockfall barriers. ● Consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other-interested parties. ● Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfil identified objectives and deliverables. Projects: ● El-Hammam agricultural wastewater treatment plant, which is expected to be the largest on in the whole world which will produce 7, 500, 000 m3 / day-Egypt.
Responsibilities: ● Review all Contract Drawings, Specifications and BOQ. ● Reviewal of Material Submittal, Method Statement, ITP, Checklist and Test Results. ● Review prequalification of sub-contractors and suppliers. ● Conduct progress and technical meetings with the Client, Project Manager Contractor and Other Stakeholders. ● Co-ordination with Technical Core Team for Site related issues. ● Coordination with all other disciplines like Arch, Mech. And Electrical. ● Assign the work to the Engineers, Inspectors, and Land Surveyors and follow up with them for site inspections, material inspections, site issues, and issue S.O.Ns., NCRs. ● Conduct daily site walk-throughs and inspections to identify anomalies and construction defects. ● I managed my team for the supervision in Orascom stream area for the construction of the different tanks, workshop ● building and utilities that connects with different tanks from intake pipes to outlet canal. ● Responsible for executing different type of R.C elements like Raft foundations, retaining wall (constructed by slipforms), columns, slabs, and beams of the floors.

Construction of high-rise buildings up to 15 floors, Egypt. Responsibilities: ● I was managing the construction of high-rise buildings up to 20 floors from piling foundations & reinforcement concrete floors to finishing works. ● Allocate work to other members of team to ensure delivery of design to quality, time, and budget. Review all Contract Drawings, Specifications and BOQ, find and enlist Activities defining complete scope along with quantum for any Variations/Changes. Intimate and Assist/co-ordinate with Project QS for the evaluation of Variation/Change Orders. ● Ensure a good understanding of the main contract program and short-term programs. Monitor all/a section of works in respect of programmed as-builts. Review Construction Schedules considering all activities defined in the Scope of the contract. ● Review RFI’s to ensure queries are sorted out prior to submission of submittals and/or works commencing on site in the light of contract drawings, BOQ and specifications at an early stage. ● Review bar bending schedules of the Contractor. ● Communicate technical requirements of the works to Contractor’s Staff on site, and make good understanding, throughout the construction process. ● Vigilant and notify Project Manager/Safety Officer of any concerns, problems encountered with safety, taking responsibility for ensuring compliance

Projects: ● Construction of 3rd Expansion of Prophet Mohamed Mosque in Medina / Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: ● Responsible for managing and executing bored piles up to 70m depth &1.20 m Diameter and and monitoring the out flow reading due to piezometers and deep wells dewatering system by monitoring labours and subcontractors. ● Responsible for executing different type of R.C elements like pile caps, retaining walls and hollow core precast slabs. ● Revise requirement of materials and reporting daily to the Zone manager. ● Ensure a good understanding of the main contract program and short-term programs. Monitor all/a section of works in respect of programmed as-builts. Review Construction Schedules considering all activities defined in the Scope of the contract. ● Review bar bending schedules. ● Communicate technical requirements of the works on site, and make good understanding, throughout the construction process. ● Assist/co-ordinate/recommend quantum of work executed/completed activities by the Sub-contractors, to the Project QS for consideration in Payment Applications Certification. ● Vigilant and notify Project Manager/Safety Officer of any concerns, problems encountered with safety, taking responsibility for ensuring compliance.

Project: ● Construction of Faculty of Arts-Mansoura University-Egypt Responsibilities: ● Responsible for all civil (site and office) works by monitoring labours and subcontractors like pile caps, Hollow block slabs and panelled frame for theatres, columns beams and cores. Revise requirement of materials and reporting daily to the construction manager Allocate work to other members of team to ensure delivery of design to quality, time, and budget. ● Ensure a good understanding of the main contract program and short-term programs. Monitor all/a section of works in respect of programmed as-builts. Review Construction Schedules considering all activities defined in the Scope of the contract. ● Review shop and as-built drawings as required by the contract documents/drawings ● Review submittals of Procedures, Plans, Schedules, Inspections, Test Results and Materials. ● Review bar bending schedules. ● Communicate technical requirements of the works to Contractor’s Staff on site, and make good understanding, throughout the construction process. ● Recommend innovative ideas for execution of works with prescribed specification and agreement with the Contractor. ● Assist/co-ordinate/recommend quantum of work executed/completed activities by the Contractor and the Sub­contractors, to the Project QS for consideration in Payment Applications Certification. ● Vigilant and notify Project Manager/Safety Officer of any concerns, problems encountered with safety, taking responsibility for ensuring compliance. ● Review minutes of meetings. ● Attend technical and progress weekly meetings.

Project: ● Shiek Zayed Parallel ways. Responsibilities: ● Responsible for executing layers of roads from subgrade to finishing layer test by monitoring labors and subcontractors. ● Preparing day to day Programs to increase work progress. ● Revise requirement of materials and reporting daily to the construction manager ● Allocate work to other members of team to ensure delivery of design to quality, time, and budget.

Project: Construction of the three medical centers - Mansoura University Egypt. Responsibilities: ● Supervision and advising on civil activities. Building three medical centers consists of Eight floors, capacity of each ● hospital 250 beds with an area of 7500 m2, 1402 piles. ● Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes.
