a. Following all foreign companies and suppliers e-mails and correspondences.
b. Coordinate and arrange all department documentation and reports.
c. Direct & collaborate with other departments and act as primary point of contact & administration for all import/export related issues such as Warehouses, Finance, and Logistics in order to ensure the commitment Plan.
d. Implementation of MOH & Pharmacology Department registrations & licenses, throw the dedicated team by creating and updating files of each product depending on the regulations.
e. Ensuring & monitoring inventories & stock levels and submit reports to the management team.
f. Oversees employees as they handle arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner throw Interface with freight forwarders and following shipments regarding Loading, shipping, arrival, clearance and storing.
g. Review and approve shipping documents (Proforma invoices, invoices, Packing Lists, Order Acknowledgments, Back Orders, AWB, H/MBL, MOH certificates ….etc.).
h. Good working relationships with clients, vendors and government agency representatives.
i. Looks for opportunities to find lower cost carriers and faster shipping routes by choosing service providers (forwarders, insurance, logistics, financing etc.).
j. Develop and implement administration of operations, budget and profit improvement plans, business goals and change management plans.
k. Monitor and review overall performance, resolve work-related problems and insuring administration of operations, to make sure targets are being met.
l. Looks for and detects purchasing opportunities for goods and services overseas.
m. Analyze, review, negotiate proposals, contracts, terms and international trade agreements with suppliers, vendors to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
n. Collects all types of information from markets (internal and external) and supply management with all required data.
o. Advising & providing departments, board of directors with complete, accurate data by reporting activities, progresses and other reports as requested.
p. Prepare and maintain import/export annually forecasts and assists in developing inputs into overall department budget.
q. Monitor all suppliers and vendors financial accounts (payments, remittance, T/T’s, credit and debit notes…etc.).
r. Finding new agencies to increase market share as well as new products market Study & pricing structure.
s. Recruit, train and manage Foreign Trade team.
t. Represent the organization in internal and external exhibitions.
u. Attending Local & Global Suppliers conferences.
v. Prepare accommodations for all foreign and international visitors to our company.
