Manage and fully responsible for Production and maintenance departments, leading other
functions (Safety, Quality, Logistics, HR & Admin. Departments) across the plant.
* Managing and responsible for Plant’s MOH, Annual budgets (including CapEx, OpEx, and
Manpower headcount) for the plant.
* Ensure the availability of raw & packaging materials, Monitors and reviews Production
Reports on SAP.
* Improving production line’s efficiency and managing predictive maintenance as per
production schedules.
* Assumes full responsibility for plan adherence and in accordance with the required
quality, food safety & Safety standards.
* Monitors and reviews Production Reports on SAP.
* Achieves ultimate cost reduction goals allocated to the production process.
* Developing training plans for employees according to the needs with collaboration of
concerned parties.
