• Review contact documentation.
• Prepare WPS, PQR& WPQ in accordance with ASME IX&B31.3.
• Check material quality and verify the doc. of the received material
• Prepare ITP of the project in accordance with ASME V &ASME VIII&ASMEIX.
• Prepare all Q.C documents related to the daily schedule.
• checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angel, surface mismatch).
• Apply all NDT requirements in accordance with ASMEVIII& B31.3 .
• Good ability to make dimensional inspection for plate work, steel and Piping.
• Good Knowledge to standards for piping and components such as ASME B31.3, B16.10, B16.5, B16.9, , etc.
