•Prepare the Method Statements for Mechanical services.
•Prepare the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for Mechanical services.
•Internal inspection of Mechanical works at site.
•Identify the defects and raise internal Site observation Note (SON).
•Prepare & get the approval of Inspection Request (IR) / Request For Inspection (RFI) from Client/Consultant after the MEP works complete.
•Verify the material size, brand, made & quality as per approved material submittal.
•Get the approval of Materials from Client/Consultant, thro Material Inspection Request(MIR)
•Works with construction personnel, suppliers, client procurement staf, project engineers and managers and other contractor departments to resolve material problems in a timely manner.
•Final inspection starting from pre-production meeting, identification and inspection of raw materials, inspection at all prescribed hold point stages, witnessing all tests, verification of all documentation and certificates and final inspection release note.
•Increase awareness of company quality management system among the staf.
•Close all kinds of NCR & SON thro coordination with construction team.
•Inspection of the job at various stages that include Material identification, raw material inspection as per drawings, Edge preparation, fit-up inspection as per specifications, Welding visual Inspection, Pre - heating and stress reliving activities, Witnessing of NDT testing & Interpretation of radiographic images.
•Preparation of test packages and submitting to client. Line checking of test package and punch listing. Preparing final punch list, package for commissioning and coordination with sub contractors.

Monitoring & Controlling the Assembly Line Production activities (during the vacation of Assy. Line Engineers).

Check the material composition compare to the mill certificate.
Check condition of the base material.
Check fit-up & alignment of weld joints.
Check consumables. i.e. type of electrode, filler wires, fluxes, shielding & backing gases.
Check clearance dimension, tolerance, type of backing (if any), Alignment, tack welds, cleanliness, etc.
Check preheats & inter pass temperature, inter-run cleaning, control of distortion.
Check root & subsequent runs, welding current & voltage, chipping, grinding and gouging.
If any repair, mark out area positively & clearly for understood by all inspection & repair personnel.
Reviewing witnessing and carryout examination and testing to all incident stages.
