• leading and managing all staff working in LRT stations team (Station master’s & CSA).

-Project Management: Managing all Civil Works related to Base Transceiver Site (BTS’s)
including Tower foundations; installation and acceptance in order to handover sites
according to project specifications.
I worked on a number of projects in site construction including that of, Etisalat, Huawei &
Orange, included doing rollout & Modification’s scope of work.
Managing & Tracking all Running Modifications & Extra tasks.
Full supervision over subcontractor companies
-Team Management: Managing a team of staff which including 3 engineers and 30
technicians. This includes assigning tasks to staff and ensuring that projects meet their
deadlines to the best standards, to serve our clients.
-Managing business cases for projects: Analyzing data through the Profit and Loss (P&L)
reporting structure. This enables me to assess whether I have a strong business case to
launch a project.
* Roll Out, Installation Site Engineer
I worked as a site engineer in which I was responsible for the supervision of the installation
team which consisted of 5 technicians. It was my responsibility to ensure that the work was
conducted professionally, accurately.
