Actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by providing options to customer on all products and services such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.
Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring Emirates success as a market leading airline.
Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader on closing the end of day sales and reports.
Job Responsibilities: ➢ Meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and proactive level of customer service.
➢ Provide ticket sales, train service information and respond to passenger enquiries.
➢ Provide safe, reliable, convenient and comfortable metro journeys to the passengers.
➢ Assist the passengers with special accessibility needs.
➢ Monitor and maintain station operational status and to ensure the safety and comfort of passenger movement within the station premises.
➢ Deliver essential messages to passenger via audio or visual means in a timely, clear and proactive manner.
➢ Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Station master.
Job Responsibilities: ➢ Handling the calls and emails from UK guests.
➢ Making flight reservations from UK to other countries.
➢ Issuance, reissuance and cancellation of flight ticket as per guest's needs.
➢ Acting as a liaison between passengers and airline to provide timely information concerning flight schedules.
➢ Negotiation with the consolidators.
➢ Provide high quality service for the satisfaction of guests.
Job Responsibilities: ➢ Making hotel, cruise, cab, house boat reservations.
➢ Handling both inbound and outbound tours.
➢ Negotiation with hotels, resorts, cruises etc.
➢ Making tailor made tour packages to guests.
➢ Responsible to maintain the database on the profiles of existing customers and update new
customers.
➢ Provide high quality service for the satisfaction of guests.
