• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the factory's production goals.
• Collaborate with Project team to understand their material requirements and ensure procurement strategies meet production needs.
• Maintain & monitor the stock of all Imported - Furniture & Raw materials
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to optimize value and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, addressing issues and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Place and manage purchase orders based on production requirements and inventory levels.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards for procured materials.
• Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and key performance indicators.

• Maintain records of goods ordered and
received
• Follow up and proceed the Payments
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment,
services, and supplies.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving
products and Prices
• Researching and evaluating prospective
