* Developing excellent relations with Ministry of Oil including State Companies: BOC, TOC, MOC, MDOC and NOC. Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior including Immigration Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Iraqi Radioactive Sources Regularity Authority, Ministry of Communication
to follow up and issuance of Visas, Work permits, Radioactive Licenses, Oilfield Entry Permit and responding to all official communications.

* Controlling the in and out and the safe custody of the employees’ blood test, exit visas.

* Overseeing employee notification in ample time of legal authentications near expiry and taking action.

* Ensuring that Entry - Exit visas, work permits, blood test, licenses issued, renewed, and canceled on time to avoid imposing fines on the company.

* Ensuring that the company is not paying fines against no or late renewal of visas or any other documents unless approved by
company management.

* Preparing visas files & following up with relevant authorities until obtaining the visas and any other documents and licenses.

* Obtaining the visit visas on time.

* Keeping updating employee information in the SAP system and main datasheet.
