Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and co-ordinate with the respective local and international authorities towards authorization/ acceptance of export and import cargo and passenger.
• Handling charter movements ex UAE which involves coordination with GHA in making handling arrangements for the flight. Cargo planning build up, passenger handling and flight loading.
• Leverage my knowledge of the local market to set up the sales, logistics and distribution channels and do Leveraged contacts in the region to develop recognition for Air Charter service.
• Building and leveraging effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance operational teams to develop and support work ensuring effective management of transportation, logistic processes around Major Disruption Management, Aircraft Recovery
• Driving business growth through identification of new business opportunities & retention of existing clients.
• Accountable for meeting service level agreements, thus ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train the staff for achieving maximum profitability.
• Effectively implement networking strategies to increase client loyalty and customer satisfaction, being a part of the core management team.
• To develop and enhance the products and services offered by Flight Support
• Diary management for the Commercial Jets Director, broking team and Flight Support
• Complex travel arrangements for all department members and customers
• Manage the relationships with clients, suppliers and sub contractors
• To manage the ongoing performance of the team and identify any training needs and work with individuals to help them further their career
• Quality management of outsourced suppliers and sub contractors
• Production of new and innovative marketing materials
