 Responsible for monitoring & following up enterprise customers requests process steps according to a set plan.
 Responsible for monitoring & following resellers claims and technical problems.

 Solve any very important cases related to our VI customers.

 Handling all technical problems telated to ADSL, Option Pack, Family internet, Mail, Domains and Hosting.

 Provide quality service to customers.


Technical support representative - TEData

From 9/2007 till 9/2008:

 Handling all customer inquires and problems related to ADSL service.

 Customer calls management including receiving, logging, dispatching & closing of customer calls with the objective to maintain customer satisfaction while taking in mind my average talk time
 Communicating with other department in order to facilitate any obstacles may face the customers.

From 2/2004 till 1/2005:

 Responsible for handling more than one project at a time depending on scope of work of each project.
 Provide support to the team members to handle successfully difficult customers by providing guidance, empowerment, alternatives and solutions
