Admin-Assistant in central Credit sector at Arab Bank PLC.
Job Description:
 All aspects of Credit Assistance works (Filling, dealing with daily corespondance work ‘ corporate inquiries, communication, preparing maturities Extension For standing facilities).
 Introducing solutions to handle information and database quickly and easily. Related to corporate staff
 Helping in preparing all kinds of reports requested for top management.
 Administrative assistance to the credit Managers.
 Coordinating with corporate team members in concern of following-up the requiried realted credit approvals to be circulated once announced by H.O
 Preparing the monthly, Qurterely & annulay reports realted to stnding credit portfolio including but not limited to the following (matured facilities without extension, the volume of assigned work with excecution perecentage per each member of credit sector, ……etc.)
 Arranging with other credit sector depts. (documenations & credit control, credit investigations….etc.) in concern of submitting the reqiried data needed for studying the prsented credit proposals by credit managers team.
