• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in warehouse.
• Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported no usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
• Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets.
• Investigate, identify and reconcile the cycle count discrepancies, i.e., shortages as well as overages.
• Audit process along with paper flow errors and try to spot the inconsistencies that affect the accuracy of the inventories.
• Take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storage.
• Maintain the cycle count records so that it can be reviewed by the management and also provide the reports related to cycle count activity.
• Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
• Issuing bills, receipts and invoices

• Verifying the data entered by warehouses across the company to ensure its accuracy.
• Monitoring stocks transactions and prepare required reports.
• Send reports (receive sheet, orders sheet and Stock report sheet and Inventory Transactions) on daily basis to customer.
• Follow-up of purchase orders which were opened in the system and not been executed or partially executed.

• Responsible for making breakdown for new shipment to obtain the value for each shipment from the whole PO (purchase order).
• Responsible for analyze the stock and put priority plan for the outbound material.
• Monitoring orders RAD on Huawei system to notify our team to load the orders before this date passed.
• Supervise SCM & Warehouse team.
• Responsible for Acceptance with customer.
