Roles & Responsibilities
*Reading and reviewing the blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams and job specification to determine the best method of installing electrical infrastruture.
Installing the new units or replacement the parts of existing units verifying the according to specifactions and establishing the safety guidelines, relies on instruction and pre-establish the guidelines to performing the function of the jobs.
*operate and inspecting the emergency power generation and reliability equipment's determining the systems are functioning properly and that maintenance is conducting in accordance with original manufacture's recommendations.
*Conducting Daily work-through of Facility documenting parameters such as power availability, tempature and humidity, alarm status etc to be cataogue and comparing for identification of discrepanices and trends.
*Generating monthly and daily consumption data through the DCIM and Manually in daily basis
Yearly and monthly PM test done for proper performance (such elevator, emergency lighting, water leak test, fire water pump test and generator load test, toilet exhaust fan, beam detector and smoke detector test).
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on the facility: mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs.
Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations
Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
Respond to emergencies.
Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
Maintain compliance with City ordinances and codes.
Preparing proposals for bids on new projects or retrofitting existing buildings to meet energy efficiency standards.
Collecting information about the client’s business needs and goals, including square footage requirements, desired temperature range, ventilation requirements, etc.
Calculating the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project, including taxes and fees.
Creating an estimate of materials and labor costs based on scope of the job, including any materials that need to be purchased and any equipment that needs to be rented or purchased.
Preparing drawings of space layouts and equipment placement to illustrate the scope of work involved in a project.
Preparing cost estimates for projects using hand calculations or computer software such as Excel spreadsheets or AutoCAD programs.
Preparing work schedules for the team to carry out the project efficiently.
Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
Managing subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within budget parameters.
Responsible for quality control of design submittals for the team and reviewing accuracy.
Engage in projects coordination duties to include financial and saving forecasting assistance, work flow management, status reporting, database management, and project file maintenance.
Responsible for execution of Energy project, with active participation in project development, project execution, measurement and verification plan.
