Responsible for ICT infrastructure availability providing support to include the full spectrum of enterprise systems including servers, desktops, and digital broadcast systems as they relate to both a physical and virtual infrastructure. It also includes installation, configuration, test, production, optimization, and escalated support of MBN's broadcast-related systems.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems problems in MBN Dubai office and regional sites (Cairo, Beirut, Baghdad, Erbil, and Jerusalem) in the Middle East.
• Configure, monitoring and troubleshoot Symantec AV, File server, print server, WDS, WSUS Servers, DHCP, ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, and Group Policy Objects etc.
• On-prime Windows server technologies support and administration.
• Exchange Online, MS Teams, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD Connect.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure support, maintenance, and administration (Account provisioning, migration to M 365, distribution group creation, license activation).
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 account.
• Configure and Troubleshoot File Server clusters, NTFS and share permission on user and infrastructure level.
• Diagnosing issues related to DHCP, DNS, Exchange, Active Directory, and File Shares.
• Supporting all Physical and Virtual Enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Installing approved network OS patches.
• MS Exchange administration and support (office 365).
• Window Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) Server Administration.
• VoIP, telephone, and voice mail support.
• Managed User Accounts on ENPS server (Creation, Deletion, Permissions).
• Vizrt Graphics system.
• Full desktop support extended to applications, desktop troubleshooting, VPN, roaming and local profiles, etc.
Provides advanced technical support to an internal desktop, laptop, workstation setup and configuration, and routine tasks diagnose and resolve technical issues, network administration and support of hardware, software, operating systems, Server and client troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory services (domain users and computers) and troubleshooting Microsoft applications.
• Maintains and administers employee profiles, e-mail, user accounts.
• Provides installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting support of computer hardware, software, desktop applications, networks, printers, and computer peripherals.
• Installing, Configuring and maintaining MS Outlook. Using Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010.
• Installing and updating system-related software and applications.
• Giving technical support to users through the Remote Administrator.
• Troubleshooting Network Issues.
• Monitors operational systems and the live environment in terms of notifications, errors, and logs.
• Ensures that backups and disaster precautions are performed regularly in order to keep systems operational.
• Assist the users in carrying out their normal day to day operations on the computers.
Onsite Desktop Support, troubleshooting laptops & Desktops and
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, troubleshoot computer system & network problems, diagnose hardware/software bugs, and solve technical & applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
• Troubleshooting and Configuring Exchange Mails i.e., Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007.
• Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs.
• Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise.
Provided first-level IT Technical Support for IT infrastructure, administration and troubleshooting all the client systems for H/W & S/W issues
Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Configuring Systems into network with proxy client settings, printers, scanners, outlook and LAN.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
• Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in user computer systems.
