Responsible for ICT infrastructure availability providing support to include the full spectrum of enterprise systems including servers, desktops, and digital broadcast systems as they relate to both a physical and virtual infrastructure. It also includes installation, configuration, test, production, optimization, and escalated support of MBN's broadcast-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems problems in MBN Dubai office and regional sites (Cairo, Beirut, Baghdad, Erbil, and Jerusalem) in the Middle East.
• Configure, monitoring and troubleshoot Symantec AV, File server, print server, WDS, WSUS Servers, DHCP, ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, and Group Policy Objects etc.
