Job Summary:
I follow closely and support the philosophy, objectives and policies of Prince Sultan Military Hospital Taif KSA. Quality and Patient Safety has been the trend in hospital settings to ensure that quality care is given to patient.

I am responsible for providing leadership and direction for 250 nurses. Collaborate with CEO’s of different departments and director of quality to ensure smooth day to day operations and achievement of clinical standards. Participate in various performance improvement initiatives including program me initiations, redesigning of department and restructuring clinical management team. Encourage patient/ customer satisfaction by interacting with families on daily rounds. Team with supervisors and head nurses to identify project improvement initiatives and reports to Hospital Director and Quality Management.
