• Company buildings, offices, equipment, training fields & labs corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Management of security force, health & safety, property cleanliness and landscape.
• Responsible for special buildings-related projects, upgrades and expansions.
• Overseeing maintenance-related budget, purchases, BOQs, technical analysis and conformity.
• Accountable for various internal & external facilities audits, employees’ technical training & appraisals.
• Controlling and monitoring the process of establishing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard.
• Participating in the preparation of documents for the Fleet and Facilities Section as a part of the company's quality system and follow-up of the various activities in the termination of cases of non-conformity, this emerged during the review and scrutiny.
• Reviewing of quality procedures, work instructions, and forms, and making recommendations on systems and procedures which are reviewed.
• The preparation of plans and methods for monitoring the continued development of quality management.
• Conduct studies and develop continuous improvement plans, and perform other duties assigned to me.

• Responsible for company fleet & driving simulators preventative & corrective maintenance.
• Coordination with Government agencies & insurance companies on updating vehicle insurance, registration records, plates, fleet accidents processing & repairs.
• Administrations of company workshops’ employees, documentation, spare parts inventory & budgets.
• Receives & serves customers following companies & manufactures procedures in order to sustain a positive service experience to each customer.
• Solves customers complains to keep high level of customer satisfaction.
• Up sells added value services to maximize revenue to service center.
• Updates customers' information on system for reliable CRM date.
• Reviews outstanding repair orders continuously for closing & settlement.
• Feeds back ideas/ suggestion to improve customers' service processes & increase revenue.
• Advises customer the feasibility of car trade in when repair cost becomes high as to get customers trust & loyalty
• Maintain clients accounting details & related tasks using variety accounting systems, such as Peachtree, Maxiom, and others.
• Prepare management’s sales & weekly marketing reports, and monthly & yearly financial statements.
• Prepare monthly suppliers’ purchases payment report, and perform all needed bank follow ups.
• Maintain a monthly stock and Talley books in coordination with the company parts storekeeper.
• Maintain petty cash books along with the incoming/outgoing expenses.
• Maintain customers’ income books, and communicate their due payments & other information.
