Tendering Responsibility:-
A) Evaluate the technical requirements described in RFQ associated with the commercial terms.
B) Participate in Techno-Commercial discussions with Customer along with Sales.
C) Contact vendors outside Schneider for non standard components or sub vendors whenever required.
D) Issuance of the quotations based on feasible solution as per the customer requirements.
E) Prepare contract review and participate in Project Launch
Execution /Project Management Responsibility:-
A) Manage the contract in front of the customer.
B) Responsible for collecting / managing dues BG’s, LC’s in coordination with Sales and Finance.
C) Launch the order process internally and externally.
D) Manage the drawing approvals & contractual documentations, with support of the back offices.
E) Invoices and delivers with optimizing the Gross Margin during execution.
F) Specifies external purchases, including subcontractors (with support of purchasing & quality department).
G) Provide invoicing forecast.
H) Responsible for recording proper data and project history / progress.
I) Provide feed back at the end of the project to all relevant departments on weakness / strength and improvement proposals.
J) Close the project achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
Clients:
A) Oil and Gas : ZADCO, GASO, ADCO, Technip, Tyco, L&T, Dresser Rand, NPCC, ADMA, TAKREER,
B) Utilities : Taweelah Power Planet., Inabensa.
1 - Team leader for site electrical execution works flow.
2 - Arranging meetings with client, consultant, and subcontractors for works flows issues.
3 - Planning programs for weekly/monthly site works execution with ensuring to be followed.
4 - Producing workshop drawings proposals, submittals, clarifications & field change requests.
5 - Reviewing Workshop drawings submitted from subcontractors and the material submittal & delivery to ensure compliance with the project specifications and contractual terms.
6 - Liaising with local authorities to ensure gaining the required approvals.(AADC, ETISALAT, Civil Defence)
Elec. Activities: LV Power Network, 11/0.4kV S/S, Structured Cabling, ELV, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Lighting.
Projects: Al Ain Mall & Hotel Project "Al Ain" - MEP Building Services.
1- Execution & supervision of electrical installations activities, coordinate with QA/QC department.
2- Coordinate with main/sub contractors, consultant, and suppliers.
3- Producing workshop drawings, proposals, clarifications & field change requests and Material Requisition.
4- Laising with Local Authorities (ADDC) for Connection Approvals.
Project : Al Gurm Development Project ( Residential MEP & Infrastructure Works)
Team member in designing & supervision of building electrical services including:
- MV, LV Power distribution network, Lighting, Lightening Protection, Low current systems(Fire Alarm, CCTV, TeleData Networks).
- Employing latest building info. modelling tech. "Interconnected 2D-3D modelling+ calculations capabilities" - Revit MEP "Autodesk Product"
- Material Take off for BOQ preperation.
