Managing the environment of the office

Ensure purchasing division has implemented the risks and continue to develop many positive things in order to drive the procurement process more efficiently and effectively.
For example:
Ensure the implementing and conducting with every single stander regarding Purchase Order.
Ensure the policies if it was following and implementing with applying the discipline code within SENDAN Company.
Gain an understanding in contract process/Bid; the purchasing card and requisition process.
Determine whether if procurement procedure is conduct in compliance and carried out as planned within SENDAN objective.
Compare SENDAN Company purchasing program with other selected Company purchasing program and analyze them for obtaining the efficiency best practice use of Purchasing Order.
Ensure Health Safety & Enviroment department has implemented the risks and continue to develop many positive things in order to drive the HSE process more efficiently and effectively. For example:
Ensure each of lines of HSE’s programs is driving in a positive way
Comparing each of standers, procedures, and policies with other selected company programs and analyzes each of them for obtaining the efficiency best practice use.
Scanning and checking each of procedures and policies and see what was covered and what is missing.
Develop a basis for optimizing health, safety, and environmental resources in order to protect SENDAN Company from potential legal responsibilities.
Drive the impact of HSE’s of SENDAN Company to be left behind.

I was successful and I got 100% plus extra 10 grade. In my project I explained almost every single thing to achieve the goal of the scope which are Time, Cost, and quality. I identify my customers with bringing a good searching and analyzing of the market include the competitors. Also, I created an efficient strategy to bring a good customers with maintain strong relationship.
