Responsibilities and Job Description for Last Position: 1. Control and implementation of all QA systems under directions/responsibility of QA manager
2. Take over the responsibility of all QA activities in the absence of QA manager.
3. To control and utilize QA personnel to ensure effective functioning of department.
4. Coordinate functioning of all QA staff on day-to-day basis.
5. Attend meetings to resolve issues with other department personnel.
6. Report to QA manager on all issues of the department.
7. Management of people and other resources under him.
8. Plan future activities and implement steps for improvement.
9. Take decisions on day-to-day functioning of the department.
10. Train the staff on relevant procedures.
11. Checking and approval of data/documents/reports as necessary
12. Ensure completion of activities within the set timeframe.
13. Look after administrative issues related to QA personnel.
14. Assist QA manager in performance evaluation of QA staff.
