• Preparing tender prices from studying project’s drawings & designs and bills of quantities.
• Analyzing and compiling data on construction factors, such as labor, materials, special machinery, requirements
& site location.
• Prepare Annual SOI forecast, update it on monthly basis to reflect actual achieved figures vs. budgeted ones,
adjust remaining months forecasted figures on quarterly basis and accordingly take necessary measures and
corrective action to achieve Annual SOI if so needed.
• Preparing a cost summery for the entire project.
• Developing precise and clear cost estimates based on project data and communicating those estimates with
engineers and concerned staff.
• Maintaining a construction cost database for projects.
• Contributing in forecasting project costs and ensuring that construction costs are managed as efficiency as
possible.
• Monitoring and storing costs through the use of computers into improve the accuracy of future estimations this
is sometimes integrated with quantity surveying activities.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time & labor costs for projects in addition to negotiating and
prepare bids for tenders and contracts.
• Provide weekly/monthly updates on the progress of Engineering & Procurement works.
• Monitor & control profitability of sales, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of
divisional/ department sales objectives.
• Review & filter all inquiries prior to assigning to various team members and forwarding to Pre-Sales team for
their further action.
• Review & approve all quotations prior to signature to ensure accuracy & competitiveness of both technical/
commercial contents.
• Manage bids in response to Customer's Request for Proposals (RFPs) and assign work to his Pre-Sales team
members & Handle it.

• Keep track and records of all Inquiries and their corresponding offers and make sure that all are attended on time
and in most professional manner.
• Attend negotiations of contracts with Clients and ensure that SAS interest is well served and protected.
• Preparing the technical submittals/ prequalification & give all supports to proceeding the orders with all
documents like (organization chart, project execution schedule, reply on clarifications…).
• Provide all the required documentation, including datasheets and approval information
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for different projects. Support and review of design packages
• and drawings.
• Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
• Making site survey and visits to check the required and suitable needed firefighting system and advise the
costumers.
• Do meetings with clients and provide all technical and commercial supports
• Deals with tenders / in hand jobs and preparing all required studies and materials submittals.
• Follow up with the client along on the offers submitted till the order is received or rejected.
• Lead negotiation activities with clients on prices.
